Terms

In case you found any delivered product defective/damaged/not satisfied, you can report to B&B Organics. We will not take back the damaged products, but we will return the money (5 to 7 working days to do the refund) or we will reduce the concerning amount in the next order.

This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 ( IT act) and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the IT act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of concerned website.

Welcome to the www.bnborganics.com website (the Site). The site is operated by B&B organics having address as shown at the end of the page. Both www.bnborganics.com and B&B Organics are referred to as , also referred to as we, us in this document. This site provides services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the Agreement).

In addition, when you use any of our services (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. We reserve the right to change this Site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Use of Terms

Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the B&B Organics website and shall not transact on or use the website. But if a minor wishes to use the service, they can do so under the guidance of their parent/guardian. We reserves the right to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide you with the services if you do not abide by the above condition.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of availing the services sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance.

Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you. Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, anything that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide us, including without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, Submissions) is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions.

All Submissions shall automatically become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you. Limitation of Liability

Termination and Effect of Termination

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, we may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

International Access

This Site may be accessed from countries other than India. Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside India. If you access and use this Site outside India; you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations. At present www.bnborganics.com caters only to Indian market.

Typographical/ Inadvertant Errors

In the event a product/ food item is listed with incorrect information due to typographical error or Inadvertent errors in the photographs , description etc, we shall have the right to correct the same during any point without notice. We will not be liable for the losses caused to the customers because of the errors. But B&B Organics will ensure that to the extent possible, correct information is provided.

Applicable Law

This site is created in by us in Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu India. As such, the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Severability

If any these provisions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed several and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provision.

Return/ Replacement Policy and Cancellation

In case you found any delivered product defective/damaged/not satisfied, you can report to B&B Organics. We will not take back the damaged products, but we will return the money or we will reduce the concerning amount in the next order. If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.

But we will coordinate with the customer / shipping partner to complete the delivery. Please note that cancellations have to be made before shipping. For cancelling your order, you will have to use My account page. In case if we receive a cancellation notice and till that time the order has already been processed by us, the order cannot be cancelled. B&B organics has complete right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by B&B Organics and accept B&B Organics decision regarding the cancellation.
