Shipping Policy

We will take 1-2 business days to get your order ready after we receive payment. If you place your order on a sunday or a public holiday, we will begin processing it the following business day. If there is a delay may be because of high demand, issues with the courier, or something unexpected - we will let you know through mail or a quick call.

Where We Ship?

We deliver across India to all locations our courier partners can reach. For some items, we also offer international shipping. Details can be found on the product page, or you can contact us if you're unsure.

Shipping Charges

Shipping abroad? Rates depend on where it’s going and how heavy the package is.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro areas: usually arrives in 3-5 business days.

Non-metro and rural zones: expect delivery in 5-7 business days.

International orders: It between delivery within 7-14 business days, though customs might cause slight delays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you a tracking number by email or SMS. That time you can see exactly where your order is and when it’ll reach you.

Delays or Issues

Sometimes things outside our control-like bad weather, strikes, or courier problems-can slow things down. If that happens, we’ll keep you posted. Remote areas might take a little longer for deliveries.

Wrong Address?

Make sure your shipping details are right before placing the order. If the address is wrong and the package comes back to us, we’ll need to charge you to ship it out again.

Lost or Damaged Package

If your order shows up damaged or doesn’t show up at all, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving it-or within 48 hours of when it should’ve arrived. We’ll work with our delivery partners to either fix the issue or send you a replacement.
