Disappointed this time

Sorry to say but me belief on B&B sugarcane jaggery,has been broken. I order every year for it from B&B and got original jaggery with delicious taste as it tastes in old time. It was 100% pure with out adding any chemical for its purification. It was dark a little bit in colour and smells uniquely. But this time i ordered 5 kg for sugarcane jaggery and when i saw its colour, i felt something different,smell was also as chemical added as available in the market. When i ate i totally disappointed. Taste was not as it used to be . This time jaggery was lighter in colour,smells different,tastes like sugar.
What wrong done with my order?😢😢😢😢
