(Any type of Aval)
- Aval - 1 cup (250gram)
- Powdered Jaggery - ½ cup
- Cardamom powder - ¼ teaspoon
- Ghee - 1 tablespoon
- Grated coconut - 1 tablespoon
- Take aval and wash under running tap water. Drain the water completely.
- Take a pan, add ghee and fry the aval for a few minutes.
- Switch off the flame. Add cardamom powder, jaggery powder and grated coconut.
- Sweet poha is ready to serve.
