SWEET POHA

(Any type of Aval)

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Aval - 1 cup (250gram)
  2. Powdered Jaggery - ½ cup
  3. Cardamom powder - ¼ teaspoon
  4. Ghee - 1 tablespoon
  5. Grated coconut - 1 tablespoon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Take aval and wash under running tap water. Drain the water completely.
  2. Take a pan, add ghee and fry the aval for a few minutes.
  3. Switch off the flame. Add cardamom powder, jaggery powder and grated coconut.
  4. Sweet poha is ready to serve.
