In a bowl add jowar flour, gram flour, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chopped onion, grated carrot, coriander, salt with water and to make the batter. No lumps should form. The batter should have a pouring consistency.
Heat a tawa and spread a little oil on it. Now pour a ladleful batter and spread it evenly in a thin round shape.
Drizzle little oil all around and cook it until light brown. Flip it and cook on the other side too.
Serve hot with curd or any other sauce of your preference.
