Ingredients:

  • Rice: 1/2 cup.

  • two curry leaves
  • 3 cups of water.

Methods:

  • Wash the dal and rice under running water.

  • 2 teaspoons of whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp of ghee.
  • A cup of hot water.
  • Breastmilk or formula.

Instructions:

  • Roast the atta in a pan with the ghee heated over a low to medium flame.
  • Continue stirring. Add the hot water after it turns golden brown.
  • Stir constantly to avoid globs. Turn the heat down once the water has been soaked up.
  • As it's warm, give it to your baby. If needed, you can add formula or breast milk.

Jowar Sheera and banana:

Jowar Sheera and banana

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of jowar flour
  • 1 teaspoon of ghee
  • One banana
  • 1 tablespoon of rice powder
  • 2 cups of water.

Directions:

  • Ghee is heated in a pan.
  • Jowar flour must be added and sauteed till light brown.
  • Mix in the rice powder steadily.
  • To prevent any lumps, constantly mix in the water.
  • Cook for about five minutes on a low flame.
  • Turn off the flame after adding the pureed banana to it.
  • Even better flavor and consistency can be obtained by mixing breast milk and infant formula.

Ghee-topped pumpkin rice:

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of rice.
  • One teaspoon of moong dal.
  • One tiny piece of red pumpkin.
  • 1½ cups of water.
  • 1 teaspoon of ghee

Instruction:

  • Rice and dal must be properly cleaned.
  • Slice or cube the pumpkin after removing it.
  • Add water to a pressure cooker, then saute in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Cook for 4 to 5 whistles.
  • Meld the mixture, then top with ghee before serving.

Ghee Rice

Ingredients:

  • Short-grain rice, 1/2 cup.
  • 2 cups of water.
  • 1 teaspoon of ghee
  • Salt or powdered jaggery.

Method:

  • Rice must be thoroughly cleaned with running water.
  • Add the rice and water to a pressure cooker.
  • Make sure the rice is gentle by standing for 5 whistles.
  • Let the rice cool when it is done cooking.
  • Combine the ghee and rice. If the infant is older than twelve months, you can add salt or powdered jaggery.
  • Before serving, thoroughly mash the mixture.

Three ghee-infused vegetable purees:

Ingredients:

  • One medium-sized potato.
  • ½ cups of peas.
  • ½ cup of beans.
  • 1 teaspoon of ghee

Guidelines:

  • The beans should be washed, and the fiber must be removed from the sides. Slice it into small pieces.
  • Potatoes should be peeled and diced.
  • Wash the peas. If a pod is present, shell the fish first.
  • Boil two cups of water in a saucepan before adding the veggies.
  • Till they are tender, cook them.
  • Blend the cooked vegetables.
  • After it cools, add ghee.

Rice with mango and ghee

Ingredients:

  • Half a cup of diced mango.
  • Completely boiled half a cup of cooked rice.
  • 1 tsp. ghee

Steps:

  • The mangoes should be soft after being pureed.
  • Mix in the ghee after adding the puree.
  • Mix rice with mango puree and ghee.
  • To make the mix simpler for the baby to eat, you can mash it after you add the rice.

Porridge made from broken wheat:

  • Water, ½ cup.
  • One cup of milk.
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • Sugar: ½ tsp
  • Almonds, grated: 1 teaspoon.

  • Add the dalia to a pan that is warmed with ghee. Softly toss it till it turns a light brown color.
  • Stir in the milk while keeping a low heat.
  • Till the milk boils, gradually stir.
  • Turn the heat off after adding sugar.
  • If your kid is older than twelve months, sprinkle with grated almonds.
  • Babies over the age of one can eat this recipe. For younger infants, easily replace water with milk and cut out sugar. Before giving the porridge to the baby, you can stir in breastmilk or formula milk.
  • The porridge is becoming creamier and more nutritious as an outcome.

Sooji Kheer

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups of whole milk.
  • ½ cup sooji or semolina
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp ghee

Instructions:

  • Fry the sooji in some heated ghee till it rolls golden brown.
  • Continue stirring after adding the milk.
  • Allow it to come to a slow boil.
  • Mix in the sugar and cook the sooji till done. The kheer is now ready to serve.

  • Add sugar to boiling milk in a pan.

  • To soften the rice, you can also pressure cook it.
  • The pudding can then be made by combining the ghee into the cooked rice.
