- Red rice flakes- 4cups
- Raw peanuts- 1/2cup
- Cashew nuts
- Red chilly powder
- Few curry leaves
- Oil for deep frying
- Fry the peanuts and cashew nuts in medium flame until they turn brown.
- Slowly fry the red rice flakes in small batches until they turn crispy.
- After frying, take all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Now, add the red chilly powder, salt, sugar and toss everything gently until it gets well coated.
- Serve for snacks.
