Red flakes chivda


  1. Red rice flakes- 4cups
  2. Raw peanuts- 1/2cup
  3. Cashew nuts
  4. Red chilly powder
  5. Salt
  6. Sugar
  7. Few curry leaves
  8. Oil for deep frying


  1. Fry the peanuts and cashew nuts in medium flame until they turn brown.
  2. Slowly fry the red rice flakes in small batches until they turn crispy.
  3. After frying, take all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  4. Now, add the red chilly powder, salt, sugar and toss everything gently until it gets well coated.
  5. Serve for snacks.
