Finger Millet Laddoo


  1. Finger Millet Flour – ½ cup
  2. Jaggery – ¼ cup
  3. Cardamom Powder – ⅛ tsp
  4. Ghee – 4 tbsp


  1. Mix finger millet flour, jaggery, and cardamom in a mixer jar.
  2. Take this on a big plate and two tbsps of ghee and mix it thoroughly.
  3. Now take a small batch, and add little ghee and shape it into a small round ball. Press the laddoo tightly so that it stays intact.
  4. Similarly, make laddoos with the remaining flour.
